I'm sorry if you are having trouble. When you say it doesn't run, do
you mean that the installer didn't even start, or did you make it
through the installer? To install, you need to have administrator
access on your computer. I'd recommend you download the PEBL 2.0
standalone beta 5 for windows and try that, because it is the most
foolproof and does not require admin access. Download here:
https://sourceforge.net/projects/pebl/files/pebl/2.0/PEBL2_Win_Portable
_beta6.zip/download
Once you download, you need to unzip this somewhere convenient, like in
Documents\ or Desktop\. You can't just double-click and open, you must
right-click on the .zip file and uncompress so it makes a regular
folder. Then navigate to that folder and double-click on the
RunPEBL.bat batch file (the .bat extension might be hidden). If that
does not work, then email me off list and I'll give you further
instructions about what information to send me to see what is
happening.
