Vera,
That's great that you're interested and someone may know something
specific about Czech but PEBL is mainly the work of one professor and
volunteers, so your options are:
* Find translations someone else has done
* Perform the translations yourself
* Write a grant to pay translators (or simply pay it yourself)
Also, I doubt your request is actionable unless you are more specific
about which tests you wish translated.
