John,
I would look into the UTC-PAB which was first implemented in the
1980s. Many of the tech reports of that system are available on the
military technical report website DTIC. Actually, I think UTC-PAB was
a merger of two or three separate military cognitive batteries,
probably including the walter reed test battery, and has since spun off
to the ANAM. Here are a couple starting points:
Englund, C. E., Reeves, D. L., Shingledecker, C. A., Thorne, D. R., &
Wilson, K. P. (1987). Unified Tri-Service Cognitive Performance
Assessment Battery (UTC-PAB). 1. Design and Specification of the
Battery. Retrieved from http://stinet.dtic.mil/oai/oai?&verb=getRecord&

and Methodology. Retrieved from http://stinet.dtic.mil/oai/oai?&verb=ge

Reeves, D. L., Winter, K. P., Bleiberg, J., & Kane, R. L. (2007).

Best of luck,Shane
