I don't know if anyone has contacted you off-list. PEBL is distributed
for Windows and Macintosh. As far as I know, there is no Android
version. The PEBL wiki has instructions for compiling on Linux and
someone with enough time and expertise might be able to compile (or
cross-compile) for Android. I don't think it would be easy and I don't
know how well all of the measures would work. I think you would then
need to "side-load" the app onto the devices, which wouldn't be a big
deal if they're your devices, but might be an issue if you wish to
distribute the app. Also, I don't know if you'd run into trouble with
the data being "shipwrecked" on the device. Finally, I don't know how
useable the results would be: I would have some concerns whether the
interface works well for a measure, and also concerned that the measure
might be affected by use on a small screen (although if all comparisons
are done on the Android platform, that may not be a serious issue for
your work).
So, the short answer is probably "no."
This is just a guess, but I imagine that if you wanted a single measure,
it might be easier to hire an Android developer to create that measure
from scratch than to get PEBL running. Of course, PEBL could then
perhaps do many measures.
