If you open up connections.pbl in a programming editor like notepad++,
you should see a section 340-390 that has a custom character set for
hebrew.  It is done three times, once for each of the conditions. It
looks like this:

     if(gLanguage=="HE")
     {
     ucase <- ["א", "ב", "ג", "ד", "ה", "ו", "ז", "ח", "ט", "י", "כ",
"ל", "מ", "נ", "ס", "ע", "פ", "צ", "ק", "ר", "ש" 
, "ת"]
     lcase <- ucase
     }



The easiest thing to do would be to just edit these three sections, so
that HE is changed to TR, and then these lists of characters are
changed to the turkish set.  Hebrew is rigth-to-left, so the text might
be strange to edit, but you can just delete the whole line and replace
it. Be sure each character is in quotes, separated by commas, and the
entire list defined in square brackets [].
