I'm not clear on what you mean by positions of the decks. On the
screen, or relative to one another, or something else?
If you want to change the reward structure of the decks, you can edit
the code starting around line 155 of iowa.pbl to change this. You can
simple change mix the 1234 in deck1Pen deck1Rew to change the reward
structures.
