There was a discussion a while back about accepting OSS extensions for
commercial projects or restricted usage. The decision was that we
accept them. As long as the license of the extensions match our
requirements (no GPL, commercial licenses and the likes, new
BSD/PHP/MIT/Apache and the likes).
