Hi.
I've written extension providing interface to libev library - a high
performance event loop written in C. There are some ideas to
consider(e.g. whether to expose basic libevent emulation provided by
libev), but I'd like to postpone them.

There're some phpt tests and basic documentation(bitbucket has a nice
markdown parser). Ready to proceed with phpdoc. Tested under GNU/Linux,
but likely will work on other platforms too.
I already have an SVN account(osmanov). But I know new extensions should
be submitted to github. Please, give me access to submit the new
extension. My current github ID is rosmanov, if it matters.
