Hi, I've opened your pecl account with the bostjan username. You should be able to log in and change your email address if you want to.
Yeah, pecl is still in svn, you can create your ext there, or ask David ( [email protected]) to create a git repo on git.php.net (which optionally can be mirrored to github.com/php/), or simply use your github repository or any other external hosting service as we don't require the code to be hosted under php.net.
