sorry for the noise, the new maintainer bumped into
http://pear.php.net/bugs/bug.php?id=19289 then tried to reupload the
release, then managed to delete the package instead of the release, so I
had to restore it from the backups. :/
currently everything seems to be back in order, if not then drop me an
email.
