No, PECL extensions are moved on a case by case basis these days and as
one can see besides from one bug fix there wasn't much activity in
recent times.

Please send some patches. If you have questions on extension writing
please ask them on this list (or join #php.pecl on EFNet's IRC) if time
permits we're usually quite helpful. (at least I claim so)

Once we've seen a few patches, and therefore know you a bit, you can
take it over. I've CC'd hartmut as he was, afaik, the original author.

If you think it would be a notable improvement we can migrate it to git.
