When logged in and going to the BLENC site on http://pecl.php.net/package/BLENC at the bottom of the first box left of the "[Edit maintainers]" link you should see a small edit button leading to http://pecl.php.net/package-edit.php?id=345 where you should be able to make changes. When changing things please be sure to update our package.xml, too, as the contents of the file overwrites some settings on the website on the next release.
