You make it hard to report an issue, so I will do it here. After the updates of two days ago at github, php_couchbase.dll does not compile anymore for the thread safe versions of PHP on Windows.
Creating library Release_TS\php_couchbase.lib and object Release_TS\php_couchbase.exp apidecl.obj : error LNK2019: unresolved external symbol _php_couchbase_get_replica_impl referenced in function _zim_couchbase_getReplica Release_TS\php_couchbase.dll : fatal error LNK1120: 1 unresolved externals The NTS extension still compiles fine.
