Is there any chance that my fann ( http://pecl.php.net/package/fann )
extension could be added on the list as well. I would love to have win
build but I don't even have windows... :) I have two ancient bugs from
users that wanted to use it on win and I think that there could be more win
users.

It's probably the only extension for dealing with neural networks. I had
over 600 downloads last month and this month looks even better. :) I know
that it's not a lot but it's still more than some extensions on the list
(for example haru :) ). There is a dependancy on lib fann. The downloads
including vcproj files are at http://leenissen.dk/fann/wp/download/ and the
instructions are at http://leenissen.dk/fann/wp/download/ . The extension
is stable and there are about 140 tests for all functions. I would help
with any issue.

That would be highly appreciated but if you don't have time, don't worry. I
think that PHP win users can live without it :). Just thought that it would
be great to have a win build. Thanks

Jakub
