It is actually announced but not pushed yet. That's something somehow hard to sync at the exact same second. However we and the RMs are totally in sync about when it is ready to be pushed. Anyway, that does not a publication make 1-2 days before announcement any better. We may fix that at some point but it is not in a very high position in our todos.
