Suggestions: - Make these opt-in so that folks choose to enable them. - Have new packages present this option to users when they create them (and by all means, default to "on" in that form) - Only send actionable email (eg: transitions between OK and broken) - Only send one email with a summary, or a link to a page with the summary, rather than one per build permutation High signal:noise ratio is important and valuable!
