Unfortunately this won't be easy - Asterisk is licensed under GPL, which
is incompatible with the PHP license. Are you using any asterisk
library? Maybe that has a less restrictive ("freedom enforcing")
license? I also understand that Asterisk provides commercial licenses,
if you have one of those you might check whether these terms allow
publishing the binding ...
