I do not have the time now to revert your unilateral change but will
do later today or this week. We have made the changes you were asking,
to help packages like MongoDB.

Now I strongly suggest you to stop acting like a jerk only because you
think you can do whatever fits for you.

 This missing license issue has been a problem for way too long and
prevent many people to actually use pecl as the main source for PHP
extensions. I can understand you are relatively new in this business
(hi 10gen!), but still, that does not give you any more rights that
the ones actually having to deal with the extensions, maintains them
smoothly, etc.

These sanity checks prevent real problems and make the whole process,
adding a LICENSE file costs no time and is a one time task.

That being said, I strongly suggest you to stop acting like that, sit
down two and half minutes and to understand what we actually do and
why.
