I wonder if we're not being too hasty here. I mean, I have nothing against this person, but so far we've seen reporting a couple aspects of one bug (which is a genuine bug, no complaints, thanks a lot for reporting and fixes proposal) and a couple of simple patches. Is this really enough for being granted full access to PHP source repo?
