Hi! I wonder why there are no pre-compiled DLLs for PECL/runkit[1].
Apparently, runkit 1.0.4 builds fine with PHP 5.6 (and probably older versions) as shared extension (TS and NTS) with VC 11 x86, and it would be great to have *official* DLLs available, not only those from <https://github.com/Crack/runkit-windows>.
