Hi All,

The PECL account has already been approved, so no need to look at that.

I was waiting for a PHP hosted repo to be created (and karma given) for
ext/mcrypt before I proceeded with making a new package.

I did ping Tyrael a couple of times, but if someone else seeing this can do
it, that would be great.
