I'm active in php-ffs extension (https://github.com/VikinDev/php-ffs) and last time I wrote one php extensions: php-pdl (https://github.com/VikinDev/PDL) php-ffs and php-pdl I want to publish to pecl. Both my extensions are licensed under MIT, will let more people to install them and use in a straightforward way.
