Hi, There are build logs there http://windows.php.net/downloads/pecl/releases/bitset/2.0.4/logs/ . But for the thread safe and 5.6 – it looks like a TSRM_LS is missing somewhere. PHP configure flags –enable-maintainer-zts are useful in this case, it doesn’t seem to be Windows specific. Please check the APIs.
