[PECL-DEV] To maintain the new extension (PHP JWT)

Hi guys,

My name is ZiHang Gao, I am from Beijing, China, now in a company in
Beijing, I work in the PHP development more than four years, I very very
love my work.

I developed a php extension for RFC 7519 OAuth JSON Web Token (JWT), JSON
Web Token is an open, industry standard RFC 7519 method for representing
claims securely between two parties.
