Yeah I had some catching up to do ;-)

The 1.0.0 release supports OpenBSD >=5.9, < 6.4.
The 2.0.0 release supports OpenBSD >= 6.4.

Because 2.0.0 will nog longer work on older setups I bumped the BC flag.
