Hi, Is there a process for adding new developers to pecl projects at git.php.net or gitlab.com/php or changing developers/maintainers in projects? Is it documented anywhere? I'm seeing emails on pecl-dev which are asking similar questions, which seem to be being ignored. What should people be doing?
