Hello, I would like to become a maintainer of mailparse. https://pecl.php.net/package/mailparse
I gonna start by release a new version to be compatible with PHP 7.3 (source on master are already compatible https://github.com/php/pecl-mail-mailparse/pull/5)
And I will work on others fixes or improvements. I'm very interested by this extension because I'm the maintainer of php-mime-mail-parser a mailparse extension wrapper.
Thanks for the hard work done by the previous team, and I know Remi is also working on it...
