Thank you. I provided some updates. PHP / curl / Winssl is a must have and
it was demonstrated that it can easily be setup.
Then there is PHP/Winssl stream beside PHP/Openssl ; for this Winssl
stream I could not find a proper way. I am missing some examples of Winssl
beside curl and the schannel documentation. It is not cristal clear.
