This need clarification. Up to 4.1.3 LICENSE file was missing, but as package.xml states <license uri="http://www.php.net/license";>PHP</license> we can suppose this extension is a free software With 4.1.4 LICENSE file states PDFlib GmbH General License And package.xml is inconsistent <license uri="https://www.pdflib.com/licensing-support/";>PHP</license> So what is the real license of this extension ? https://www.pdflib.com/ have no information about this extension If PHP, it is a free software and acceptable for PECL but LICENSE and package.xml need to be fixed If "PDFlib GmbH General License" this extension is NOT free software, and thus is not acceptable for PECL, and will have to be removed. (and will be a good candidate to a fork) BTW, in the past, this extension can be used with pdflib-lite, which was redistributable, but cannot be find anymore Please clarify this ASAP Remi
