ID: 72537 Comment by: mbechler at eenterphace dot org Reported by: paj...@php.net Summary: PHP 7 support for PECL/krb5 Status: Assigned Type: Bug Package: PECL Operating System: * PHP Version: 7.0Git-2016-07-03 (Git) Assigned To: mbechler Block user comment: N Private report: N New Comment: Hi, actually I don't think I ever saw this bug before.. :| Pierre, thanks for your efforts anyways... A release supporting PHP7 has been there almost since the same time. So yes, I suppose this is no longer relevant. Pierre: Maybe you can add a note that the active branch is at PECL, I see there are some bug reports on the repo. And:I never got access to the bugtracker account. Also a category for the extension may be helpful. Who may help with that? php-webmaster@? Previous Comments: ------------------------------------------------------------------------ [2020-03-10 10:25:59] c...@php.net Not sure if this is still relevant. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ [2016-07-03 08:05:29] paj...@php.net Description: ------------ hi, I saw you committe initial 7 support in trunk yesterday. I heard you got no time to do it so we did it: https://github.com/pierrejoye/php-krb5/ I took a slightly cleaner approach (what I do for my other exts) using separate directories for 7+ and 5.x. I also cleanup the 7 code base and added functions and macros to avoid code duplications (like obj fetch and co). There are still some cleanup to do to use the much less verbose 7 API for a couple of operations. side note, what's about moving to github? :) ------------------------------------------------------------------------ -- Edit this bug report at https://bugs.php.net/bug.php?id=72537&edit=1 -- PECL development discussion Mailing List (http://pecl.php.net/) To unsubscribe, visit: http://www.php.net/unsub.php
