Hi, I would like to publish the PHP extension part of Elastic APM PHP Agent ( https://github.com/elastic/apm-agent-php) - I already applied for the account. While waiting I would like to make the extension "PECL-ready" but I couldn't find the steps on how to do it. I assume there is some kind of manifest that should be attached to the source code. I would greatly appreciate it if you could point me in the right direction. I saw the link (https://pecl.php.net/package-new.php) but unfortunately it's not accessible without the account - I just need the link to the documentation part.
