Hello, I've created a simple (currently extraction only) binding for libarchive for a client. The source code is available at https://github.com/cataphract/php-libarchive
I'd like to submit to PECL. I see that the archive extension has not seen a release since 2005: https://pecl.php.net/package/archive So I'm thinking the best option would be to replace it under that name. If there are no objections, please assign me as the maintainer.
