[PECL-DEV] Removing mysqlnd_ngen extension release

Hi,

I need to remove the extension released 2021-05-10 (version 8.0.25) from the 
website list (https://pecl.php.net/package/mysqlnd_ngen, because of licensing 
issues), not sure how to do that, what would be the correct procedure?
