[PECL-DEV] TDengine supported me and promised me a license for PHP extension

Hello Christoph,

I replied the email and always return failed.
[Remote Server returned '550 5.7.350 Remote server returned message detected as 
spam -> 550 5.7.1 Looks like spam to me.']

So I write a new mail.

As mentioned, I need one explicit permission of TDengine,

I have communicated with TDengine, TDengine agreed with my development of 
extension and expressed explicit support, and promised to give me a license to 
allow me to use of library files to develop TDengine's PHP extensions. Is there 
a template for the license, or no fixed format?
