As the past has shown, hosting PECL extensions in a PHP repo makes it easier if maintainership changes. Adam, I've invited you to the PHP organization on Github. After you have accepted, you may already be able to transfer the radius repo to the PHP organization. If that doesn't work, we may need to adjust some settings.
