I don't know either.  Maybe stick with interbase, and release some older 
version there, and then move to a new major version which focuses on Firebird?

I can confirm that the "martinkoeditz" account exists, but if you have 
forgotten your password, I need to get someone with access to the database, 
since this is the only way to "reset" a forgotten password for now.
