I know this isn't strictly about developing PECL packages themselves, but I tried reaching out in other ways over several months and it seems like nothing is happening. I see there haven't been any PECL builds for Windows in a while. I remember seeing an email about the server being used for that dying in April 2022 although I can't find the email anymore. I would be happy to contribute system resources and try to work on tooling to help bring that build process back. How can I help?
