I am writing to request a PECL account to publish a new PHP extension called wecomarchive. Wecomarchive is a PHP extension that wraps the official WeCom (WeChat Work) Chat Archive SDK, providing PHP developers with a simple, object-oriented interface to access WeCom's chat archiving functionality. While Tencent provides official SDKs for the Chat Archive feature in C/C++ and Java only (as a compiled .so library), there is no official PHP SDK available. PHP developers currently face these challenges:1. High complexity: Must manually use FFI or write custom C extensions 2. Lack of documentation: No PHP-specific guidance from official sources 3. Fragmented solutions: Various incomplete GitHub projects with no maintenance 4. Steep learning curve: Requires C programming knowledge to use the SDK Given WeCom's massive user base and the complete absence of an official PHP SDK, I believe wecomarchive fills an important gap in the PHP ecosystem. This extension will benefit thousands of PHP developers working with WeCom's enterprise platform worldwide. I am committed to maintaining this extension, responding to issues, and keeping it updated with future WeCom SDK releases. Thank you for considering my application.
