There is two voltages - 3.3V and 1.5V. Frequency is from 66MHz to 200MHz.
I would refer you to few good materials concerning the matter:
SI List and its archives: http://www.si-list.org
High-Speed Digital System Design - A Handbook of Interconnect Theory and Design Practices. by Hall, Hall and McCall. 2000. ISBN 0-471-36090-2
High-Speed Digital Design - A Handbook of Black Magic. by Johnson and Graham. 1993. ISBN 0-13-395724-1
I've heard about some supposedly good books released lately by SI list members, that I have not yet got a chance to read. One of them was from Lee Ritchey. Search SI List archives.
Only a few signals require impedance correspondence. I plan to use 0.1mm line width and 0.1mm clearance.
That can be adjusted for well-matched impedance in the PCB factory. At least if they are using LDI process.
Sorry. I donot know about IPC-SM-782A section 14.0. How to get it?
You can purchase it and other IPC standards from IPC: http://www.ipc.org/
