If your schematic is not hierarchic, you should fulfill the Sheet Path with * . If your schematic is hierarchic, you can use this field to link the symbol to a subsheet, and the symbol pins will behave as sheet entries and connect to ports of the same name on the subsheet specified in the Sheet Path field.
