Does it create an invisible zero-length arc?

Subject: [PEDA] Strange arc behaviour
This has been bugging me for a while, and I finally discovered how to repeat
it.
When creating an arc in the P99SE PCB editor, I click the centre of the arc
and move the mouse to the appropriate radius.
I then click again to position the start angle of the arc.
Now,* without moving the mouse*, click again.
The arc vanishes! Very annoying.
It seems that you actually have to move the mouse for the final angle in order to create the arc.
Just thought I'd share this useless info in case it was annoying anyone else.
