Mr. Gopal,
To use manufacturer's component/footprint libraries imported into Protel is
quite misleading for any board designer. One should always get the latest
footprint from the manufacturer and use Protel to create the footprint. If you
are rushing to finish a project and are using outdated footprints
from the component libraries provided by Protel then good luck.

Here is a link for the Atmega169 chip.

The package and footprint land pattern is on page 15 to page 18.

Regards,

Al-hamra Huq

Subject: [PEDA] 64 TQFP

Hello i have just started using protel99se and I got a
problem.I am making a pcb for atmega169 which says it
is 14mm*14mm 64 pin 1mm height etc.But when looking
for footprint protel has 3 types of 64pin TQFp with
QFP14*14-G64/N
QFP14*14-G64/N/Y1.9N
QFP14*14-G64/N/Y1.55N
can somebody explain the difference between them.
Thank you
