Mirko That is the DXP release, not DXP 2004. Mine is 8.2.12.2761 which is DXP2004 with SP2. It's a free upgrade and worth the effort to install, talk to your VAR if you don't already have it.
As for the Ctrl-click, not sure, I think that worked fine in SP3pre release, Have you checked the mask level setting? (bottom right hand side in the pcb editor) make sure its not turned all the way off.
