You need to highlight the component you desire and left click.  Click on Find 
Similar and a screen with the search/match items shows up.  Click Apply and the 
matching items will be highlighted.  Once matched, a screen will pop-up 
enabling you to change a feature that will be applied to the highlighted items.

p.s. Just downloaded Service Pack 3 for DXP/Protel 2004.  Will see if it fixes 
many of the problems, especially A4 paper size...
