You'll need to learn how to program your own simulation models. I
believe P99Se uses a variant of X-Spice. Search for and study the
X-Spice spec. There are tutorials on various sites for creating Spice
models, and though mine is at home so I can't verify, I think the basic
process is outlined in the manual.
