I suggest sending a Wanted to Buy (WTB) mail to [EMAIL PROTECTED]
Also join the list so that you will see responses, if any! (I think it is sufficient to send a mail to [EMAIL PROTECTED], and reply to the confirmation mail, but I haven't checked this in a while.)
The list is moderated to check the spammers, so do be patient about seeing the mail on the list.
Do be aware that Altium's position is that licenses which have been used for upgrade are subsumed into the new license, that any license which has been so used is not considered transferable. It is always advisable to check with Altium before buying any Protel license, to make sure that it is a transferable license.
With 99SE, Altium no longer made transferability automatic, but required that Altium consent to the transfer. However, we were assured that consent would not be unreasonably withheld, and we have heard of no case where it has.
DXP and 2004 may be different, but, again, I know of no case where a license holder, having purchased the license as an ordinary user, attempted to sell the license and permission was denied. But it might happen, and some people have been told that the newer licenses are not transferable. I say this only as a caveat emptor note, not as a judgement.
