Hi,
I want to simulate a CMOS-Inverter with Protel 2004. I have two MOSFETs
(MOSFET-P and MOSFET-N), one power supply of 3.3V and one impulse generator
which gives out rectangular waves of 1 kHz. But the result is wrong! The input
has a range from 0V �C 1V, that’s OK. But the output only from 3.072 to 3.300V.
Why is it not zero?
