        One suggestion.
        When I have such difficulties I will try exporting something in the 
opposite direction, from the target program. Then view and analyse the 
converted file. Maybe even delete the contents, add my desired content in a 
manner similar to the exported content (layer-layer, scale, area of the dwg), 
then try to re-import the very same file. Usually works when you are fighting 
with a vaguely or little described import process.

I am trying ti import a logo to my sch template and it would be too hard to 
draw it directly in sch editor. Still not that crazy to do schematic capture 
in xxxCAD. :)

Tried all different combination and DWG versions. None seem to work. Will 
try to enlarge the sheet size.
