You're out of luck on the schematic - there's no way to do an import into
Protel. However, you can bring in the netlist - there are knowledge base
articles that describe the procedure.
The PCB is another story. You can import the Tango program to Protel
version 2.8, save it in PFW format, then open it in any of the later
versions of Protel.
