If you can not find "Protel" compatible files and OrCad files are avaliable, 
you can always read the Orcad files.  I recently downloaded a series of Samtek 
footprints that were in Orcad. They imported with no problems.  You will find 
that Protel is one of the few programs that imports many formats.  I know of no 
other program that has this many translators built in.
